FACILITIES
- Health Center – is located beside the Multi-Purpose Hall where vaccination, operation timbang, check-ups and other medical activities are conducted with complete medical equipments and medicines available for all the constituents of the barangay.
- Quinabigan Loob Curva Day Care Center – is located at Sitio Centro Curva with 25 pupils as of SY 2015-2016.
- Quinabigan Loob Day Care Center – is located at Sitio Sta. Rita with 34 pupils as of SY 2015-2016.
- Quinabigan Elementary School – is located at Sitio Sampalocan.
- Quinabigan National High School – is located at Sitio Centro Loob.
